I am a software engineer turned film-maker turned full-stack designer with a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Information Technology from NSIT and a passion for creating engaging and delightful user experiences.

To shortly introduce myself, I have worked in the Product Design field for the past 7 years in India's leading B2C Product Based companies in Travel (ixigo.com) , Real Estate (Housing.com) and Gaming (MPL) domain.

I have a skillset comprising of UI Design & UX Design, with the strongest area being Motion Design and Interaction Design.

Currently, I am leading the UI and Motion Design vertical at Mobile Premier League (MPL), India's fastest growing gaming unicorn.

Additionally, I have helped in growing the team from 20 to 50 designers by shortlisting candidates, taking interviews, drafting assignments, and referring a lot of folks.

I also have experience in mentoring young designers in the companies I have worked with in the past and few folks who approached me on Linkedin.

I am a team player who gracefully solves problems under pressure while checking my ego at the door. I am known for fine-tuned aesthetics, amazing storytelling, a critical eye, and an obsession with perfection.

I had a great interest in film-making during my school days and used to make some short films during the school days and participated in other film making competition across New Delhi.

Then I cracked the engineering entrance exam in India and got admission in NSIT (Tier 1 college in India) in the Information Technology (IT) branch.

After a couple of years in engineering college, I re-ignited my passion in filmmaking by starting a Youtube Channel with 2 other folks and eventually led to a 15 member team.

I was incharge of handling the end-to-end post production of the films, thus making myself super proficient in Editing tools like Adobe After effects and Premiere Pro.

We reached a user base of 25k subscribers and 8 million combined viewership on the channel (Which was huge at that time).

UI/UX design field was booming at that time and with my experience in tools like After Effects, I figured out I will get an edge over other designers. So I went through almost all the articles online on UI/UX and watched tons of youtube videos.

Everything changed when ixigo came to our campus in 2015 for the placements for a software developer role but hired me for a Product Designer role.

I love to do skateboarding, bachata and keep myself active by hitting gym or going of a run.

Currently I am learning to play electronics drums which I got recently.

I also enjoy playing games on my PS5 which I got few months ago.

In terms of sports, I play cricket, badminton and table tennis.

Sometimes I would do fashion photography as well in the indoor studio which I created at my apartment.
